Coming up with new snack ideas can be hard. Especially when you're looking for something easy to make, that won't take a ton of time to prep.


Here's a list of ingredients that you can either try raw/cut up, blended as a smoothie, or in a bowl; all mixed together.




Based on this list above, start out by choosing one option from each category and putting it together as a smoothie, raw, in a bowl (mixed together), or however you see fit. The best part about this is that there are endless combinations and you can be as creative as you want!
