What forms of payment does TKS Nutrition LLC take?

We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, Health Saving Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.

Do you have a cancelation policy?

Yes, because many patients wait several weeks for an appointment we must strictly adhere to a 48-hour business day notice cancellation/late change policy. This policy states that you must call or email at least 48 hours business day ahead if you need to make any changes to your appointment. Failing to respect this policy will incur a $75 fee. We appreciate your understanding.  Please see Policy / Form Section for further details.

What if I am unable to make my scheduled appointment?

We offer telehealth (virtual visits) so you can meet with your dietitian from the comfort of your home or on your break from work! If you miss or arrive 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $75 No Show fee.  Please see Policy / Forms section for further details.
