We appreciate your understanding. Please see Policy / Form Section for further details.
What if I am unable to make my scheduled appointment?
We offer telehealth (virtual visits) so you can meet with your dietitian from the comfort of your home or on your break from work! If you miss or arrive 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $75 No Show fee. Please see Policy / Forms section for further details.
