My Story
With over 34 years as a registered dietitian, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals regain their health and vitality through functional nutrition. My passion for gut health and root-cause healing began when my daughter faced persistent health challenges that conventional medicine couldn't fully resolve.
For years, she struggled with anemia, B12 deficiencies, and gut issues. Despite numerous doctor visits and countless tests, we were repeatedly met with the same diagnosis: "You must have IBS." However, this diagnosis provided little relief and no resolution to her debilitating symptoms.
I refused to accept that there were no answers. Deep down, I knew there was more to her health puzzle than what conventional medicine was providing. Determined to find answers, I immersed myself in functional nutrition and gut health. Through targeted interventions, my daughter’s health transformed—her energy returned, her digestion improved, and she regained a balanced, thriving body.
My daughter's journey is my "why" – the driving force behind my passion for functional health. Now, I help others break free from chronic health struggles, using personalized, science-backed nutrition strategies. Together, we’ll uncover the root causes of your symptoms and create a plan to help you feel your best.
